Hello, I need to transfer game progress of Candy Crush to a new device. My progress Level was above 1,200. I was not connected through on Facebook nor the Kingdom. I have lost the device with the game progress. I have the game ID number if that helps. Thank you.

I have an issue with level 679
I couldn't pass level 679 because the ingredients appear on 2 columns only, I checked the Youtube it shows the ingredients distributed in many columns which is different than the one I had. I need your urgent support to solve this ASAP. Thanks, Silvia
