Sugar Drop doesn't work! Why?
After getting a notification that Sugar Drops are back on track, I open Candy Crush but get a message to wait another 8 hours for the track to cool down. I haven't been able to play for the bonuses for a few days now. What's happening?

Black blobs on Candy Crush & Alpha Betty...screen just flickers
Finally got rid of black blobs on Candy Crush, but have now appeared on Alpha Betty. Screen just flickers on Candy Crush. What is the problem? Why is King not publicly addressing these VERY WIDE spread issues, and why is it taking so long to fix? All issues started after recent updates. Android phone... I miss my games!!!

Why is my real name listed instead of my nickname?
On the left side of game of candy crush saga, it shows my real first name with a question mark underneath. Why doesn't it show my nick name? Why aren't there other names listed also? What is the difference in playing on Facebook and playing on king.com? I'm confused on which way I should be playing. Thanks for your help.
