Reset to Level 1
Today without notice or reason, my Candy Crush reset to level 1 on my iphone 6. I was on 335 or so. I didn't manually update anything on the phone. It was working this morning and then something went awry when I tried to open it this afternoon. Please advise how to restore to my current level.

Reaching 150000points is impossible. Think there is a glitch on this level. Someone needs to look into this. Thanks

Error connecting to facebook
Game is not able to connect to Facebook. Earlier it used to work. Now it just shows message as "cannot connect to Facebook as you don't have access to kings.com" I don't want to loose my progress by updating the app.

Deleted data on phone
I accidentally deleted all data of the app on my mobile and I have never signed up through Facebook. Can I retrieve my data to get to the level I was on?

For 2 months, my progress on my mobile is not synchronized anymore with my FB account (level 1892 on my Androi mobile, level 1862 on FB).
