Maybe because I entered at Candy Crush with my husband´s Facebbok account. It happended in my smartphone, Android. And I lost all my items.

How can I change the facebook account and sync the level to my new iphone?
I have 2 facebook account, and only use 1 of account to play candy crush up to 180 level with my old iphone. When I am using new iPhone now and found that my candy crush return back to level 1.

I am on level 1787 clicked on treasure chest and no life
Clicked on the 3rd treasure chest in the last week and no free 2hr or 6hr life anymore. Is that normal? Treasure chest has changed? Or can you solve the problem?

Can't even pass level 18. This level needs to be fixed asap now. I am mad at this game. Candy crush is impossible on android mobile.

Candy Crush Crashing and lost boosters TWICE in one week!
This past week (July 21-27 2016) the game has crashed and I've lost all my hard earned boosters, but not the gold bars! I'm on an iPad. Very frustrating. Why would I even consider spending any money or continuing to play when this keeps happening? Please advise and fix!

Lost Progress
I was on level 768. I updated Candy Crush, then synced with Facebook and was only on level 25. I really do not want to start over. Please help.
