Transferred my iCloud backup to new iPad Air 2 and candy crush levels disappeared.

Syncing in app does not go to correct level
While playing on facebook in a browser, I am in level 1827. When I log into facebook in the Candy Crush Saga app, I start in level 22. Please fix this. Describe your question in more detail here (at least 80 characters please)

Lost Level progression
I switched to a new Iphone from a Samsung S5 and lost all my level progression. I only played on the mobile and never synced with Facebook. I was on level 1008 and was in the top 10 on a lot of levels. Username: Mic Please help

New Glitch Level 1679
The game will mix up the board, only once, then immediately claim there are no more possible switches when I can see there are. It was not doing this yesterday.

Games won't open on my 4th gen iPod with ios 6.1.1
I have downloaded candy crush saga and candy crush jelly saga on my iPod but they will not load. I get taken to the first screen to connect with Facebook or play and when I do either of those in both games, I am taken back to my home screen. I have uninstalled, freed memory and this still hasn't fixed it.

Completed level 1780 and game crashed and when restarted it didn't give me progress to the next leve
I finished the level 1780,I had to use 9 gold bars to give me a few extra moves to complete the level...the game crashed as it went to move me onto the next level...when I restarted I find that it has taken my 9 gold bars but has kept me at the level instead of letting me advance

Unable recech to my old level
Hi I was in 801 level and my frd was in 545 level& I open my frd account through facebook,unfortunately both accounts are sink now we are in 801 level. How to go my friend to her previous (545) level also all her booster got lost. Please advice.

iPhone not syncing
Had an Android, got an iPhone. When I try to sync to Facebook the confirm page is blank. If I click 'done' it says I cancelled the request. I tried removing the app and reinstalling and some other suggestions I found on the forum but nothing seems to be working. When I play on Facebook I'm at level 1535 but my phone app…

I choose the extra rewards moves etc. and when I go to play my screen goes blank and I loose them
this has happened the last few weeks and I'm fed up with constant errors and losing a chance to defeat the level.
