I lost all 1300 levels of candy crush when switching my phone. Help!
I'm devastated that my levels didn't transfer over when I swapped phones. They were saved for all other games but my 1300 odd levels of candy crush. How can I get them back? I've tried others suggestions but it hasn't worked. Lisa.

How can I remove my data from Facebook so I can't play any more?
I play this game too much and I want to delete the game from Facebook. I can delete the game, but when I break down and try to play again, all the data is still there... I'd like to just remove it, and the temptation to play. Can I delete the game from Facebook and delete all the 'progress' I've made?

Can't pass this timed level, so much time is taken up by the game setting off bags I can't make my moves to win. Way to difficult.

free bosters lost cannot be restored
i have searched Q and A and found that free booster lost (even due to tech issues) will not be fixed, because they are free. As a IT person, we all know time is more expensive than money. All the boosters are paid with lots, lots time, and they are not free. Don‘t you think so?

I followed the instructions on the troubleshooting and the game still will not load. I had received a message to allow cloud.net to store information but I denied it is that why the game will not load now and if so what do I need to do so I can once again play

No Mystery box
Made purchase on my mobile phone which was to include a mystery box. Like so many others there was no mystery box to be opened.

I made a purchase which was supposed to be a mystery box, 100 gold bars and x2 boosts, yesterday.
The total was $6.99. I was only credited 50 gold bars and not sure if I was credited a mystery box because there is no explanation of it, as well as the x2 boosts. How do I get credited or receive my items?

Mystery Box, did not get full purchase
I have purchased the mystery box package three weekends in a row and I have not received a box at all! $21.99 X at least 5, maybe 6 times! Where is my mystery boxes?
