it says game paused and wont let me ask for help to unlock next episode from my friends. have tried several times to ask

Not receiving extra games received by friends
I show I have 29 games friends send me. After playing my first games, all the games in the envelope disappear, so instead of 34 games, I have only the original 5. The game will show 4 games separately then the rest in a bunch of 25, but I get to the 25, and it puts all 25 in the game instead of 5, so losing the extra games

I have requested tickets, and my friends have told me that they sent them...
...but I have not received them I play on my tablet(as I always have), and have not had this issue before I have tried logging out of Facebook and back in, but the tickets are still not showing up. They were requested 48 hours ago.

No "cancel" feature
I felt cheated by the work I did collecting 2000 greens, only to have them used up by an unintentional click. There was no way to cancel, undo, go back, and I think there should be.

I finally completed the level I was on and got the acknowledgement that I had.
However, the game froze at that point and I tried refreshing the page. When it came back up, it had not moved me on to the next level. Is there anything that can be done?

Missing story videos
I had no more story videos between episodes. I've already passed so many episodes without watching them, and now I'm at 740 level. Is that normal? I've updated the app, and it happens on my telephone app for Android and either on my tablet app for iOS. What's the problem?

I have cleared level 35 over half a dozen times and it won't advance me to level 36 - why?
I'm new to CC and am having fun but I keep clearing level 35 but it won't advance me.

Glitch on level 962
I've played this level a few times and have gotten all the other ingredients down but the last one will just not come out. Please fix. This has happened like 3-4 times and I've had more then 15 moves left and the last candy still will not fall.
