Missing tunnels in level 657
The tunnels that connect the bottom to the top of the board are missing on my FB Candy Crush.

Why do we have to keep waiting for new levels?
I passed 830 a week ago and still no new level and I know there are 860 at least. Why the wait?

candy crush is not loading
I have cleared level 110 on candy crush on my windows phone and since then I couldnt get into my game. It starts loading and then closes. it wasnt connected to facebook. what should I do now? how to get into it? Please someone help me.

Where are my points
I was on my phone and it linked/connected to facebook. Before the link, I was at 200 now and it kicked me back to 0. I am want to be back to where I worked hard to get. How do I do that.

I cant get past level 342.
I've cleared all 14 jellies & made points several times but it won't let me progress - help! I hate that it doesn't tell you how many jellies you had left (except mobile addition). Even wasted boosters to no avail!

i bought a game card and the site will not take the number on it and the pin is unreadable.

I only getting 8 seconds to play my game; when there is 35 seconds on this Candy Crush Sega game?
When I start my game at 35 seconds; and there is 3 bombs on the screen. I cannot get them in 8 seconds. I need the full 35 seconds. I don't have an IPAD where I can play the game very fast. And I all I EVER get is a brush off?! I have ALWAYS played the game both on facebook and my phone shows they are properly synced yet facebook version has NEVER acknowledged my phone progress. If it were to happen on other games I'd get it but it is ONLY this one!? either someone helps or I quit all your games period!!!
