    Thanks everyone for highlighting this for us on King Care. We are currently looking into this and we hope to have our sweet Candies working again as quickly as possible. Sorry these things can take a little time but the more information that we can collect the better. 

    Please could you let me know the following information? 

    What operating system and version are you using? E.g. Windows 8

    What browser are you using?

    What graphic card are you using? http://www.wikihow.com/Find-Out-What-Graphics-Card-You-Have-

    What level are you on now?

    No answer for you, but I have repeatedly had the same problem only between levels 1386 thru 1430, ...I am currently on level 1650, but if I stop while passing though levels 1386 thru 1430, while collecting bonus candies, what I call the "C levels" I lose all lives in storage and then usually my screen freezes. "Lives are lost even if I don't stop" I am running Windows 10 using Chrome

    I am having the same problem but it is not windows is not the problem because it is only doing it on my game but not my husbands and we use the same computer same system I also cannot connect to facebook from candy crush on my phone. not sure what the problem is there but all my other games connect.
