Hi @Sainathmcs, I need you to please create either a Facebook account or a Kingdom account. My preference is with the Kingdom.
The first thing that you need to do is to start an account and my suggestion would be to start a Kingdom account. Please follow the steps on here: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/250549/superstar-information-post-creating-a-kingdom-account-browser-with-images/p1?new=1
Once you have this account, you will need to get your user ID # and you can follow the steps on this link.
Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact
They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

I accidentally did something and all my progress was deleted !
I was way up in the thousands!!!
I went to save myI progress and My email address was correct, so it said do you want to log out and I said yes and I logged out… When I went to log back in, I was on level one.

I’m sure I was registered with candy crush but when I put in my email they said they did not have a record of it. I don’t understand that because I receive emails from them.
I am beside myself… I need to have candy crush..

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
