How do I restore my levels back without Facebook

I was on level 642 and now am booted back to level 1 on candy crush saga

Hi Sara- Welcome to the community. Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress. The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
If you are not able to restore your own levels, please see the contact form at the end of the Blog, be sure to select "Lost Progress" as the reason of contact.

I’m zam khan i was in level 4135 but now it’s come to level 1 i don’t know why how can i recover my all levels?

Hi @iphonex and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 Are you saying that when you open the game you are now back to level 1? If so, don't fret because King can get you back on track. Sadly, we cannot restore progress in the community due to data protection issues. Please follow the steps on here to help you get your progress back.
If the troubleshooting doesn’t work, then please complete the contact form and they can manually add it back for you.
