I don’t know what happened but I was on level 2997 but I am back on level 2993 again I did get 2 stars I don’t have a Facebook account can someone please help me

Hi @iphonex and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 Are you saying that when you open the game you are now back to level 1? If so, don't fret because King can get you back on track. Sadly, we cannot restore progress in the community due to data protection issues. Please follow the steps on here to help you get your progress back.

Hi Sara- Welcome to the community. Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress. The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
