I don't have an icon next to the starPeople that can't get past the blue screen, click on the icon next to the star in the web address line, make sure it isn't blocking cookies for that site while your on the blue screen page. Then click on Show cookies and other site data right below where you just checked for blocking cookies. This will open a window that shows cookies in use. Click on blocked to see a list of blocked cookies. Mine showed Candy Crush Saga, King, YouTube and several others. Click on, click allow & it should load. I think when Chrome updated it changed some settings.
