Lives disappeared

What happened to my lives? I had 18 lives available, went to work and came home, they're gone!! I want my lives back

Hi sheangdav,

I think there is a glitch on this.  Can you please tell me where are you playing the game - mobile or computer?  I am going to elevate this to a King Admin and she is going to report it to the studio.

I found out what happened!  Spoke to a King Admin and was told that something happened with Facebook yesterday and it wiped out the lives for some players.  King does not reimburse or replace lost lives so I regretfully have to tell you that you will have to start building them up again.

@PeriWallack Hi and welcome, Apologies but missing lives cannot be recovered all you can do is request more fre lives. This is due to a lot of things with lives being out of kings control. Lives can be lost in many ways including Facebook updates etc so it is best not to store to many lives

Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent in Facebook. They're held in your profile and delivered into the game once per notification.

This means that if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.

Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.
