I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.
On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app. It'll say the version you are running under the name.
On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name.
On Windows 10, Go to the Settings > click on the game > click on Advanced settings, then you will see what version you have.
I will keep my eyes open here to see if anyone else reports this here. I know that there was an issue with CC Saga and logging into Facebook with Windows 10 but no one has reported Jelly yet.
Please let me know if any of the troubleshooting works for you.
On Windows 10 Mobile there is no such thing as settings for Game in Settings!!!!???? There is also no settings for the same in Windows 10 too!!!!???? I don't understand how people with no knowledge about anything can write in these forums!?????????????

The problem started with Candy Crush Soda Saga in Windows 10 Mobile and there was no problem Windows 10 for PCs!!!????? Then after reinstalling the APP and also resetting my phone & installing the APPs I found that all the Candy Crush Games are having the same problem!!!!!!!
I wrote to the KING.COM support in multiple e-mails since 3 days but no reply helping in solving problem let alone acknowledge the e-mails I sent!!!!!???? Here are the message text transcripts of the e-mails I sent as under in the sequence I sent:

All the other Candy Crush games able to login properly!!!!!
Even uninstall and install again does not help!!!!

I will check if we are seeing a problem with players connecting to Facebook on Windows 10 mobiles.
You mention that other Candy Crush games have this problem too, are you able to successfully connect on any other Apps at all?

This happens for all Candy Crush Game Apps on Windows 10 Mobile only!!!!!
On Windows 10 for PCs the games work OK!!!!!!!
There is no support from any of their support e-mail IDs candycrushjelly@king.com, candycrush@king.com, candycrushsoda@king.com & candycrushfriends@king.com after I send Queries hence I wrote here!
This no reply thing happens lately for a month or so!!!! Previously I used to get proper replies with prospective solutions!!!! Now everything has stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!???????
Expecting that somebody from KING.COM also look in the from and help!!!!!

I have checked with the customer service team and we cannot find any emails from you after June this year. So it looks like your emails have not been received for some reason.
Regarding the connecting to Facebook problem on your device, I can see that you have tried all of the troubleshooting. So thanks for that.
It does appear that there are some connectivity issues with Windows 10 mobile devices and Facebook, so this is being investigated as some players are reporting similar problems.
I am sorry we have to wait for the game team to look into this, in the meantime make sure that you always have the latest version of the game installed and we hope that there will be a fix shortly!
@MehulNatvarPatel I checked with out customer service team and we cannot see any recent emails from you. We found an email from you in June which you received a reply to but we cannot find anything else.

In fact I am sending e-mails everyday 6th November 2018 according to Indian Standard Time to the e-mail IDs candycrushjelly@king.com, candycrush@king.com, candycrushsoda@king.com & candycrushfriends@king.com!!!!!??????
I send e-mails to this e-mails ID on 12th, 14th & 15th October 2018 too asking why Candy Crush Friends is not getting installed in Windows 10 Mobile even though it shows in Microsoft Store!!!!???? I did not receive any replies to that too.
I sent support e-mails sometime in end of May 2018 and not June 2018!!!!???? I received replies of these and previous e-mails too, some of them with solutions too, promptly!!!!???? But since October 2018 there are no replies!!!!???? Are the e-mail IDs correct!!!!!!!?!!?!?!???????? If they are CORRECT then there is something seriously wrong in the e-mail system at KING.COM!!!!!???????
AND REGARDING THE CAPITAL LETTERS I WAS REALLY AND ACTUALLY SHOUTING WITH FRUSTRATION!!!!!??????
And regarding about Elsa you mentioned in your first reply, she tells me do things that are not at all existing in the SYSTEM SETTINGS!!!!????
