    I am sorry as I have said this is being looked into, until we have an update we cannot offer another solution as you have already tried the troubleshooting.

    Its DISGUSTING that it takes so long to resolve issues!!!!???

    Even Cezdiamond was teaching me to be patient and NOT SHOUT, but he also has not answered majority of my questions asked in my post!!!????

    Even I asked are the e-mails I mentioned are true e-mail IDs of KING.COM or not!!!???

    I finally resign of the situation and STOP PLAYING CANDY CRUSH GAMES ALTOGETHER PERMANENTLY!!!!???? :(:(

    I think the problem is never going to be SOLVED!!!!????

    Hello 
    Myself and Elsa have sent you all of the troubleshooting on this, sadly if this does not work there is nothing further that we can do at this moment. 

    This is not a known problem and we have not seen reports of other players experiencing the same. 

    All I can suggest for now is to continue to try the troubleshooting steps and always ensure that you have the latest game version installed.
