@Always1121, welcome to our community! I believe that the videos might have been taken off the game because I saw a couple of players mentioning this here in the community yesterday. There was a problem that the video would start and then the game would freeze. So it might not be available until they find a fix for it.

I have the same problem. I don't get any free adverts to watch and all my friend got them. I am so far behind because of it.
It is so unfair for all the users who pass their levels without boosters.
You should really consider making rules equal for all members of the community. -

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Hello Guys! The issue is definitely with the lack of support towards the iPhone XR devices. My sister has a Samsung an she has ads. My cousin has an iPhone 11 and also has ads. They also have chocolate boxes and other events. I have none of those. Only free daily spin and that’s it. What device I have you might ask? An iPhone XR.
It is very frustrating and enormously unfair when you take into consideration that a certain number of players are discriminated.
King should implement a fix ASAP and not to hide behind weak excuses!
