I too have this issue and it started with the update to version 1.1430.6.0 of Candy Crush.1

Unfortunately, there is no solution to this issue at the moment. I guess you'll just have to wait for the next update. Hopefully, that would fix that issue.0 -

I have been having the same problem but just now I loaded the game and the issue seems to be RESOLVED! I hope I'm not speaking prematurely, but the "gum dispensers" have reverted to normal size. 12 hours ago it was still bad and I'm not aware of anything that has happened to fix it. I hope all the other players who have been having problems find the same improvement. Thanks to all for suggesting the many tips - much appreciated!1

Edit - as of this evening the game seems to be functioning normally again. The only thing that is still affected is the play button screen which is smaller than normal, but I can deal with that! Thanks to whoever fixed this!0

Hi anon, that's good news! Yes, obviously a fix has been implemented somewhere. The play button on my PC screen is also smaller than it used to be, and the game screen overall seems slightly larger than it used to be such that some elements at the edge of the screen are slightly off screen but as you say function is fine, no candies or important elements are covered/concealed. Having said that I just checked my Surface Pro and that still has the giant gum dispensers! Hopefully it will also clear up in the next day or so once any updates complete...1
