The issue is that it is deactivated once you pass the last level & have to start all over again at harder levels that are pretty hard to win without the +3 moves.

I don't understand what Alleri is saying.   It's back for me playing old levels.  Are you saying that once new levels come out they take it away?

I was at the max level on build a bot & beat level 4430 & then the build-a-bot levels disappear. I can go back & play previous levels but don't get boosters.

Me, too. And that was so long ago that I don't remember what I got, but seems like it wasn't all that great. Definitely not random!
