Can you please explain what's going on when you try to log-in to the game? Are you playing on PC or Mobile? Will it be possible for you to attach some Screenshots? I am including few links with 'Troubleshooting Tips" that are useful for any & all normal issues. Check those out and see if the issue gets resolved.

It is always worth a try to go with these Troubleshooters. If "Reinstalling" is one of the step, please remember that you will be loosing any and all of your saved Boosters and Lives received from your friends AND there is no way to get them back. Please let us know how it went
