Not able to use any of my boosters - HELP-!!

Hello. I don't know is it a glitch or bug, but I ..havent been able to use any of my boosyers for the past few weeks. It's so frustrating. I am able to collect them, but not use them. I am currently on level 4296. Please, advise and help. Thank you very much!

Hi @SelmaSelma thank you for posting here in the community. They are going to ask you to try some troubleshooting so I am going to post some links below. Let's see if this fixes the problem. Also please clear the history and make sure that you have the most recent version of the game. Please let me know what happens after doing all of this.
