I was at a level more than 2500 but have been unable to open my game for the last 4-5 days

I have been playing this game for several years now and was at a level more than 2500 but for the last 4-5 days have been unable to open the game. When i click on the game it looks like it is going to open but then just closes. I have done an update on my phone and Candy Crush does not show an update. Help!! i don't want to have to start all over again. I had not opened an account and was just playing as a player

Thanks for tagging me @Green31 are you playing the game through Facebook? Someone reported that Facebook is causing problems again. If you never played the game through the Kingdom, and if you are on a mobile device or Windows 10 then I am going to ask you to please try playing through the Kingdom to see if you can open it there. Please follow the steps on here: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/250549/superstar-information-post-creating-a-kingdom-account-browser-with-images/p1?new=1
Make sure to log out of Facebook if you can get in through the Kingdom. Please let us know if you are able to get into the game. If you can't then we might have to try some troubleshooting.

Thx for your reply. Unfortunately I never played through facebook or created an account but I would like to be able to continue from where I was. Is there anyway to transfer the game now even though I can't open it or do I have to start all over again? Through the progress of the game a little screen used to pop up asking me to put a name but I never did 😟.

Hi @Green31, my recommendation is that in the future you play either through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress on their server. I am going to suggest that you create a Kingdom account. Once you have an account please follow the steps on here to get your user ID #: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/247069/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it#latest
Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact
They can manually go into your account once they have your # and get your progress going. You will receive an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the contact form.
