Lost all progress after trying to log in to Facebook.

Hi there! Today my Grandmom accidentally clicked on the “log into Facebook” button on candy crush, and now she has been set back to level 1. She was well over level 2000, and is devestated her favorite game may be completely lost. I don’t believe she was logged in before that.

I know this question has been asked before but I don’t think I’ve seen an easy fix posted as far as I can tell! She doesn’t understand technology all that well and is having trouble understanding how clicking one button could do so much damage. I know she should have been logged in to Facebook to save her progress but it is too late for that now. Any help would be so appreciated!!!

Thanks for tagging me @Sukanta_Biswas. Have no fear @rdm2275, we can get her back on track. Can you help her do all of the following? The best way to do this is to get a Kingdom account by following these steps:

Once you have this account, you will need to get your user ID # and you can follow the steps on this link.

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

Hello! From my understanding, she was playing offline, with no kingdom ID, and had not logged into Facebook before through the candy crush app because she didn’t know to do any of that. When she accidentally clicked on the Facebook button in the candy crush app, it automatically signed her in and she lost all progress, which seems like has happened to many other people as well. I tried logging her back out of Facebook but it didn’t fix the issue :/
