 Suggests moves that require moving a candy covered by a crystal but won't allow the move.  No other moves are available, so you have to close out the game to get out, thereby sacrificing a life.

Did you try swiping the other way? I found out you need to select the candy outside the crystal and swipe in the direction of the candy under the crystal.

swiping the 'other' way worked, my brain just  couldn't comprehend doing it that way.  Thanks!

No boosters.  Candys don’t move!  Earned boosters are timed and can’t be saved   King is greedy and loosing loyal players.

Can’t make move. Frozen under crystal. Change these levels. Just stupid! Frustrating

You cannot export candies directly from the Crystal Case. Take the outer candy crystal case, then the candy inside will come out. Follow video here
