Yes I figured it out thank you so much.I got through that level and noticed that the next levels were similar with the ice so I think I finally figured it out!!
Drag the toffee that is not covered in the ice to the left.
I assure you that this isn't a glitch. You cannot move a candy covered in the ice, but you can move a candy that is not covered in the ice to make the same match. So if the game suggests making a match by moving a candy covered in the ice, try to make the same match by moving a different candy, the one that is not covered. In this particular case, it's a toffee, not a candy that needs to be moved.
So here we are again. And this time I did try to move everything. Getting frustrated. I would like some help from support if it's possible. The three green candies in the second row from the top on the right are flashing I tried to move everything there are no other moves nothing is letting me move. I definitely feel like this is a glitch.
Thank you so much for responding, unfortunately as I said in my comment when I went back to try it the game had already reloaded. But I did clear my cache and maybe that will help. Appreciate you so much.🥰
So of course when I went back to my game it had reloaded. And I didn't get to try that but I'm pretty sure I tried everything but thank you so much for responding I will try that again if the same situation comes up!!
You should be able to drag the orange candy which is between the two green candies on the top row to the right. That will connect the 3 green candies and the move should be successful.
So it's the three green ones to the right on the top that are flashing but there's no way to move it I've tried everything.

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
