If the rewards are timed boosters, they start running right away, even if you close the game. So if you are in the game and you get the results for your challenge, you cannot postpone using timed boosters. For that I would recommend checking the game when you have time to play especially if you know that the challenge is about to end.

I know the timed boosters start after you click the treasure chest on the you won pop up. I am asking how many hours do you have after winning before the I won pop up disappears. I didn't get it this week after it popped up Mon morning. I didn't click the treasure chest and closed the game as I always do and it pops up again on Wednesday when I play again. I don't play the game the rest of the day Mon and Tues because I want to use the winnings on Wednesday.

Or better yet, have the developers put a timer on the I won pop up letting us know how long we have to get the prize. I mean, the pop up prevents you from playing the game until you have enough time or levels to get the benefits. I waited until Wednesday afternoon to play and no I won pop up. It popped up Monday morning so I know I won. It's in the history of my account. You don't want to give me the prize, then fine. King should give it to Sanjeev for getting close to 35,000 color bombs. This person put in a lot of effort and I think would be unhappy knowing that I didn't get the prize. Someone should get the prize. This isn't like getting 1,000 color bombs to win the race. This took a lot of my time to win. The players deserve to know if there's a time limit to get the prize before it disappears. If it's not a time limit issue, have them look into my account to figure out why the I won pop up disappears from my game before I can get it. Have them check to see if the star chaser event caused the I won pop up to not pop up anymore. This is about my last straw with this game. I don't even feel like playing the new episodes or even bother trying to win the current space race. Why bother if I am not going to get the prize. This isn't about second place not getting a prize. I know you only win a prize for coming in first and to stay on Popsicle planet. This is about decency and a problem not awarding people that win when there's a problem in the game, @Jelly Jenny. @Elsa can you help explain my situation, please? You don't have to do it here publicly on the forum. This should be fixed for the players still hanging in there to play this game. Yes, there's a topic in the ideas section about letting us get the prize when we want to get the prize and not have the I won pop up preventing us from playing when we only have a few minutes to play on say a Tuesday. Yes, I voted for it. Thanks for trying to help me.

Hi @Khaos, I'm sure that @Jelly Jenny is gone for the day because they are 6 hours ahead of me. So it's about 6:30ish there. I will give you what I know but she can probably give you more when she's back online on Monday morning.You already have seen this event with extremely high scores so the rewards are not given immediately because King looks into cheating and cheat engines first. They review the accounts where players have cheated so they don't get the rewards. Now when the event is over and you open the game for the first time, I can't remember now if it pops up to say that I won, or if I go into the trophy thing and click on it to find out. But either way, when it pops up don't you claim it at that point? If you won and you didn't get your rewards, then I want you to get your user ID # and when she is back in the office next Monday she can go into your account to see what happened to your rewards. Please let me know if you already have the user ID # or if you need the steps on how to get it.

Ah, I did not think about them checking the high scores, @Elsa . I have never had to get this high to win. I don't know how the second place person played. I welcome them to check how many hours my game played on Memorial Day weekend. No one made me do it! The whole time thinking "Why am I bothering with this?!" So, please don't tell me how many hours. I don't wanna know! Lol.. That's why I was angry when there was no pop up. Lol... So, sorry I was direct with both of you. I will DM you my user ID.
I get the I won pop up immediately. It takes up the whole screen. The only way around it is either click on the treasure chest or close the game. I can load the game as many times as I want on Monday and Tuesday and the I won pops up as soon as I press play. I wait until Wednesday to click play so I can use the timed boosters for the new episodes.
I happened to be playing Mon morning and I got the I won pop up. I closed the game and didn't load the game until Wednesday as usual. There was no pop up. I didn't know why it popped up Monday morning and not Wednesday afternoon. The space race was not there for me to click on to get the pop up. I didn't get the prize. I was thinking I already got my one time rewards from customer support and wouldn't get it. I was thinking this is just wrong. Lol

When you get this pop up, that's when your time sensitive rewards started running. If you would like to save these rewards until Wednesday, you would need not to open the game at all after the race is over. Any time the race is ended you will automatically get the pop up and the rewards start running (if you have won). -
King, if you are reading this, the issue with the you won pop up loading as soon as the game opens, should be fixed to allow the player to open the events tab and click on Dexter's space race to get the rewards when we can use them. I won this week's race again. I closed the game at the last minute before the you won could pop up. Now, I am not going to open the game until Wednesday when I can use the timed boosters on the new episodes. I can't even load the game tomorrow to do the win a level a day, or spin the wheel, or get the boosters from the calendar.
Also, having customer support tell your players that play honestly that you won't give them the rewards if they have already received them once from customer support is wrong. I know you can look into the accounts and see if the players played without cheating and if the players actually received the boosters.
It's also not right if you can't play the game because you know life can get in the way before the next space race starts on Thursday, that customer support pretty much gives you an oh well. You need to separate the winnings from the actual event so we can still get the rewards we play to win. I don't understand the logic in this unless it is that you don't want the players to use during the next space race.
Finally, I give up on receiving the rewards I won honestly. This is the last I will say on it. And when I say customer support, I don't mean @Elsa or @Jelly Jennyor even the other superstars/moderators that are on the forum. They are very helpful and let's face it, most people don't come to the forum because they are happy. Thank you to all that try to help on the forum.
