    I tried that before, I have only gotten automatic robotic responses that keep telling me to post in the forum and ask the community for help. Ugh!! Do you know how to get help from an actual person? I have a case open. But as I said they never reply, I keep getting an automated response.

    Did you ever get this resolved? I am having a very similar issue.  I got a new iphone and when logging in it asks me to connect to Facebook but the account it is connecting to is not mine.  I have my current progress on FB and my iPad, but phone logs me in using an account that has my same first name but different last name and no profile picture.  I have tried uninstalling, logging out, etc from Candy Crush, Facebook, everything... nothing seems to work and I am super frustrated

    Yes! This message I received is what finally worked for me:


    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues synchronizing your progress.


    Could you please try to open the Safari browser on your iPhone and go to www .facebook .com

    Then log out from the account you see and try to log in again with your original account email

    After that please turn your device off for 10 seconds before restarting it. 


    Finally, reopen the game and log back into your Facebook account. 


    Your issue should have been resolved but please let me know if this isn't the case.

    Hi I’ve just logged in and I’ve lost all my boosters. I’m on the correct level but I have 0 boosters when I had hundreds. What do I do to get them back?

    If you lost any purchased Boosters then email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center to get them replaced.

    hey laurahabberfield, just wanted to say thanks, i have been having the same issue for months and i was ready to give up

    i saw you message about logging out of safari and getting back in, ive tried it and it worked

    so thanks heaps!
