I have on 3 separate occasions gotten game attracting on my if v30.  I have to end the game entirely and reopen to fix.  Here is a screenshot.

    Hi @vonspinx and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 This is really odd. Can you please tell me which device and OS are you using? How much free memory do you have? This game requires at least 2 GB of free memory to work properly.

    That is the weirdest thing that I ever saw.  Is it showing up while watching a video?  I think you might need to do some troubleshooting to clear it.  I don't know what type of phone you have.  ifv30?  Please give me more information and I can try to find you some troubleshooting.

    Hi, I have an LG V30 with 4gig of ram.  No other games or apps were running in the background.  Twice it was spinning for extra moves, once was during an animation / reward screen.  I have cleared all app data and reconnected to facebook as a matter of troubleshooting.  As I said previously, if I force the app closed and reopen, the problem is gone.  Does not happen often.  I do not have any issues in other apps.

    @vonspinx Thank you so much for the details. That's great if you can easily solve it. Can you tell me which version of Android are you using? It looks like an isolated case as I didn't see anyone else complaining about this.

    @vonspinx I can give you some troubleshooting steps to try but it seems like you can easily solve it by force closing the app. Does this occur every time you open the game?

    It has only happened 3 or 4 times in the past month.  I play more often than I want to admit so no, not every time

    That's not a problem, we are all addicted 😉 @vonspinx I am really not sure why is this happening. I will ask you to do some simple troubleshooting steps for Android and see if it helps.

    Please note that the last resort is always reinstalling the game but if you do so you will lose all the boosters and lives collected as they are saved on the device's memory.

    Thanks.  Already wiped all data so yep boosters gone.  Essentially a reinstall.
