    i am windows 10 on a laptop going to king.com. some of the messages are showing up as {game_swipe_end_lose_header_reason_score}. Is there a way to get the human readable message back?
    I also do not get any friends giving me lives. They used to show up and I would accept them but they have not showed up for a while. Thanks

    Hi @eric_stewart1 there are a few glitches going on the King.com site.  It’s not an easy fix because they have been trying to resolve them but no luck so far.  Can you play through a Facebook account or do you have Windows 10?  If you have a mobile device you can log on to your King account and play from there.

    Wow @eric_stewart1 I am surprised that you are having trouble on Windows 10.  First question - are you playing with the game that came with Windows 10?   If so, I am going to ask you to please go to the Microsoft store (shopping bag) and install the game app from there.  If you are already playing through this game app then please make sure that you have the most recent version of the game.  You can uninstall and reinstall the game app and you shouldn't lose any boosters, lives, etc.  I had to uninstall it twice and they were all still there when I reinstalled it again.  I never stay with the game on Windows 10 long enough to ask for friends. Are you logging into the Kingdom account because those lives should show up.   Do you see the envelope for the lives?  When you open it you don't have anyone listed?  Try to uninstall and reinstall to see if that works.

    i went and see candy crush saga now. When I go to install I get "where do you want to install"?
    I then  get "It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account."
    but it does not allow anything.

    Are you trying on a computer or mobile device?  It can only be installed with a computer or laptop.
