Level skipped by itself

Hi I’m new here but I’m not new for Candy Crush. I was in the level 2000 something, I couldn’t really remember the exact number.  About last week or something, my application was not working so well so I decided to uninstall it.

Once I reinstalled, it kind of work well but the problem is, my level is up by itself like a lot and it happened many times when I relaunched my application.

Who can tell me what is happening here ?
Is it because of my phone or is someone else is using my user?

We found more of such a problem and were reported to the game studio.
Right now you need to contact customer care for this problem.

Fill all the boxes with tropic & sub- tropic, and wait for the answer from the customer care.
