please share the process to customize character in cosmic climb

@Pounawea Thank you for reporting the ongoing Win10 problem. However, you do realize that they game is completely skewed now, correct? While some folks are hobbled by waiting just to get access to the app, others have already been able to complete their customization and have begun receiving votes. Although this means much less to me than having lost the ability to exit/enter without losing lives. Personally, I'd rather all Studio resourced be dedicated to returning that opportunity that was promulgated as a great feature of the HTML5 platform, then yanked away from us in May, then returned with the hopes that it... @Pounawea Thanks for alerting the studio. I hope we all realize, however, that this game is now completely skewed. Some folks are hobbled by not being able to even access the app while others have had the opportunity to not only complete their customization but also to garner votes for their submissions. But I'd actually rather have all Studio resources working on the much bigger problem than this...the problem that the ability to exit a level without losing lives/boosters was promulgated as a great new feature of HTML5, then that feature was yanked away, then it was returned with the hopes it would make our gaming sweeter, then it was yanked away again, then we were promised disclosure of an official statement "soon" and are still waiting.

Thanks...I for one really can't complain. I've never paid a dime for anything in this game. I just love to compete. I like to blaze thru 200-250 levels a week.  Try to lead some categories. Love it, I'm disabled, so I have lots of time. Thanks king. I finally configured my avatar.

Dear Cosmic Climbers winners playing from Win10 players,

As some community members reported, @SuzyFuller @Glenn1972 @Deryck&nbsp, the Customization App wasn't working correctly as it wasn't possible to access from Win10 players. 

The Studio has been working on it and has been able to fix it! For all Win10 players that didn't access the link until now, they shouldn't have any problem to access and customize Tiffi.

However, for players that did click on the link and tried to access, you will need to clear your browsing data and then click on the link again. Once you have cleared your data, you should be able to customize your own Tiffi! 

Please let me know otherwise.
