I created a king account to install apps on a new phone. I downloaded the app on the new device but I lost all the boster. Levels are right.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost all your boosters in the game   

Unfortunately, when we change our device, only the game will be transferred but not the boosters like Lollipops, etc.,  It is because the Boosters are stored to the Device Memory but not to the game like Gold Bars. 

But, if you have not deleted the game from your old phone, then the boosters are still intact on your old phone and you can still play the game use them all
