S6 Samsung to S10 Samsung

Similar issue to "mekevin" question below. Once I transferred everything from the S6 to the S10, I found I cannot connect to CC internet. I have checked all settings on the phone but I continue to get the swirling dots circle while it tries to connect. I don't want to reinstall as I'll have to start from "1" again. I'm on Level 403 and do NOT want to start again. Help please!!!!!

    If you have saved your game via Facebook, your game will be stored even if you uninstall the game app. To do this you will lose stored boosters. But Game progress and the Gold Bars will get back.
    You can certainly inform me of any difficulties.😉
