Hello @selinatanlh and welcome to our friendly community. These higher levels are definitely challenging and I find I need to use boosters to complete them. If possible - I would start with a full Christmas stocking and I also added a fish booster. Since I couldn't reset the board I tried to maximize the power of my CBs with what was available - it they were next to a stripe or wrap I used that (especially a wrap which might help clear some of the ice on the right hand side. The big challenge is that you can't see what is under the ice - so that makes it more challenging. You need to contstantly clear the candy under the stripe candy dispenser to keep those stripe candies dropping to help clear the right side of the board. But I ended up also using a UFO to finish the level.
Good luck - I'm sure you will be able to clear it eventually - it may ultimately be a combination of boosters and a lucky board.
