I just passed 4019 and can’t open 4020

i just passed level 4019 I have 45 minutes free chocolate and striped candy. Level 4020 won’t open. I don’t want to do 4019 again it took 2 weeks to get passed and now I am going to loose my bonus chocolate. HELP PLEASE
