Bot disappeared

I don’t have the bot anymore, after a time reset. And I don’t get the booster When I completed a level. What to do? I do not want to reinstall the app, cause of loosing my saved boosters.

 I could imagine that it was taken from you.

 Because some things are only time-bound.

 But please update your app and clear the cache.

 Maybe that will help you.

Let’s hope so. Still no changes, and I always update automatically. The bad thing is that I also have the limited sugar drops. So no events, ages waiting for a full sugar streak makes the fun go away ☹️

Make sure you leave it on automatic for at least a day nd a half, then it will be back

Hey Spinnifix. I already had contacted King, and did some searching in the Saga community. No clarity and King is saying things come and go blablabla. I’ve never lost the golden icon and playing Saga for many years.

@Flanje It is always on automatic but nothing is changing. I just have to wait and I really hope it will be resolved in a short time.

Hi @Yosca, it might be the same thing that is happening to me.  The trophy box does not show up in the game when I first open it.  This is happening on Windows 10 and on my phone.  Once I play a level then the box shows up and the Build-a-Bot is inside.  It's been happening to me also with Didi and Rami.  I already reported it but not sure if it's a priority since it's just happening to you now.  It's been happening to me for a couple of weeks now.

Thank you @Elsa for letting me know. Unfortunately no box shows up and no build-a-bot. When I finished a level I don’t get the coloured ball in the next level. 

And I was in the middle of playing Didi (I guess it was Didi) and that also has disappeared and didn’t come back 😥. I am playing on an iPad and totally updated, cleared and so on. Can you please report it again?
