Beanstalk freezing

When playing Tiffi and the beanstalk, I have been at the end of level 5 and about to make winning move, when the game has frozen up. I have then lost my progress and have to start over. This has happened twice now. During these levels I have used power up candies and not only were those wasted, I am now back at level 1 for the third time. Please help!

I think somtimes it plays head games with you. I swear it's against me somtimes I'm on level 1831 and playing 4 months and lots of times I think it. But eventually I get thru it somtimes with boosters and sometimes with out all I can offer u sry just keep at it good luck
