Using/buying gold bars

I cannot use my gold bars or buy more. My piggy bank is full. Its just keep saying that something went wrong or says that no money has not been charged.113

Your Piggy bank sounds to be a bit cranky.

Please try with reinstalling the game and see if it helps:

First, remove the game from Facebook here

-Clear the cache on your browser

-Close the browser.

-Reinstall the game

If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer. The Windows app usually works better than on Facebook and you can sync your progress just by connecting the app to Facebook. You can download the app here.
