Can’t connect to store

For the last 2 weeks I have not been able to connect to the store. I’ve missed on completing levels and special buys as it will not connect to store, the screen freezes and the only way to get out of it is to restart the game which is frustrating. This is what he screen looks like. How can I fix it.

I think that you can reinstall the game after connecting to facebook or king account. Your progress will be safe if you connect. If the problem persists then you can reply back
