Yesterday I won the Jackpot and only got one of each item and zero magic candy. Why?

    I take it you mean "lucky candy" (shown). The only time you will see the lucky candy is on a level that allows it.

    If you go into your backpack/satchel and it is not there it may well be that it automatically selected on a level you played already without you noticing.

    I've never won more than one of each in any of the times I hit the jackpot.
