3686 candy crush saga

Was playing candy crush 3686. Finally got over 5,000,000 points (need 1,400 000). Game finished with no bombs exploding. Points dropped down to 800 000 and didn't credit me with passing the level. Very frustrating.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! It certainly does not sound right!!

By any chance, did you take a screenshot when you see the pop-up of "you lost the level"? If so, can you please post it here?

In the mean time, let me go back and play the level and see if I too have that glitch!!
