These are all symptoms of the server connection issue that has been described elsewhere on the support forum. You can try to access your in game profile to confirm. This has been an issue for me for the past 7 days across all my devices and King seems to be no closer to solving it.

Try using different browser and then select the browser name in which you are going to play Candy Crush Saga.

I have an on going problem...I can't spin the bonus wheel for prizes...The wheel never stops spinning and keeps saying "loading"...Also it keeps saying unable to connect to apps store...I don't receive any of my prizes from the Fantastic Five Game...No prizes every register...It is getting frustrating because I can't fix no matter what I do...HELP!!...
