I'm having issues with the wheel when I'm trying to win extra moves. This has been happening alot... please help!

When I run out of moves and then the game gives me the option to spin the wheel for extra moves it won't let me. It just keeps spinning and says loading...never gives me the chance to push stop. It keeps doing this to me! So it just happened to me again and I have been trying to beat this level for a while and I got down to only having to remove one more thing to beat the level and I ran out of moves, and had no more boosters, so I was excited to see that it was letting me try to spin to get a couple extra moves...so I'm very disappointed that it did this to me again!! Please help!

Problem with contacting app store and reloading

I cannot log into my profile anymore. When the game is over it is spinning trying to close app store that I looked at to purchase but did not go through with, changed my mind. There is also no save option and profile picture gone. I am becoming very frustrated...... Help!!
