Impossible to recover my level

Hello i bought à new iphone and since then a have lost my progress (lvl 1166) What should i do ?

Please check this page with how to move your levels over to the new iPhone.

If the game wasn't saved on the old device or cannot be synced, then email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually.

On your new iPhone first make sure the game is connected to Facebook or a King account. Then go to the game's Start Menu - Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send Player Support an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
