I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!
I heard from few other players that, sometimes it takes few minutes to receive our purchased items either because of not having strong Internet Connection and/or server issues!!
So, please log out of your game ---> Disconnect from Internet ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes. And you should see your purchased items in your game šļø
If you don't see them still, please post back and let me know which device you are using.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
What didn't work? You logged in to your Apple-ID and reported a problem with the purchase? What in that process did it go wrong?
I purchased gold bars for $1.99 and never received them but was charged.
I made a purchase of gold bars and booster pack worth 79 rs twice
