Lost levels

hi, 
i was at the level 4183, and when I connected again to the game I suddenly was back to the 3610. What can I do? Thanks in advance

Why i have lost my level when i change my device

I am sorry to hear that you lost your progress on your game   It is strange to hear that you are showing about 500 levels behind.  Can you please check whether those levels are showing the numbers on them and the Stars (you gained) are above them?

In above pic, the levels you see numbers, I have already passed them.  And all the new levels do not have numbers (next to my Avatar) as I have not reached them yet.  Can you too take screenshot from your game map and post it here?  Try to take the pic at level # 3610

I used to be connected to Facebook but unconnected a few years ago. I was on 3923 and wanted to connect back to Facebook to get lives from my friend and it reset me to level 701. Now when I beat a level it boosts me up 15 levels, so now I’m on 802.

@jpike1 - welcome to our friendly community! Sounds like you are referring to Candy Crush Saga. Please re-post over there by hitting the home button and selecting the appropriate game icon and support section. I’m sure the Superstar team over there can help diagnose rhe issue for you!

My candy crush reset to level 1 and I’m so upset. The app kept crashing so I force closed it. I was on level 1433 (or around that) and the last thing I want to do is start all over.
