I tried update on apps log out game and restart phone but nothing happen. Still same. Please advice me.

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.
Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

What happens when you try to buy something with the Gold Bars?
What item are you trying to purchase?
What error message do you get or how do the issue look like?
Wheel and extra moves stuck on connecting / Loading. I can't even get connected to the store, tried several solutions suggested here but didn't work for me. please help

i can not use my gold bar. And always say failed to connect apolication store although very strong internet. What is the problem? This is my ID 1680178561
Hello and welcome, you can try checking your game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in to see if this solves your issue.
If not try while in the game disconnecting your wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnect to see if this helps.
There is a long standing connection issue in the game and unfortunately we have no time frame on a fix for this, uninstalling may resolve your issue as a last resort but you would lose any stored boosters and lives.
