well I have the Microsoft store app and it is doing the same thing with pic not loading but I went to Facebook and loaded a different game and the old game group is there so I clicked on the game but a different game that said candy crush but it was a shopping game not candy crush so maybe that's the issue on face book you should look in to it I hate not having my id photo in game it seems like it is not logging into FB like it did before face book did this lame new format of there site and yes other games on FB game system is screwed up bad so please fix this and let FB know how they screwed up a lot of games on people well thanks but please fix asap 😡

it the avatar is still not working on the windows version and it says i am linked to FB but not fixed also i reverted FB back to old version and did nothing with avatar but i see most others are working why is mine not working??

I am sorry you are having this problem @Steve_Kula. I play on IOS devices thru FB and do not have any problem with my profile picture. I assume you are playing on a PC? As stated above - there appears to be a problem with FB on certain platforms. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

now the pic is back but now i can not save progress on FB or at king will not sign in on any of the games saga/jelly/soda from no pic to not sign in to save or anything but it will take me here and logged in wow what problems

Hii welcome to d king community
It usually happens when the game temporarily doesn't sense an internet connection so it can't connect to Facebook to bring up your profile picture. Luckily it is usually a temporary problem and should fix itself. Try shutting down your platform (PC, Android or IOS) and then turning it on again and log back in to the game and see if your profile picture is back.
Sometimes there is a connectivity issue with Facebook. If turning your machine off and on doesn't work, try disconnecting your game from Facebook (if it doesn't think you have an internet connection - it won't let you disconnect), then delete the FB app. Then reinstall the FB app and reconnect your game to FB and hopefully that will solve your problem.
