We warmly welcome you to the Friendly King Community's Candy Crush Saga forum.
I'm so sorry you can't sync the tablet's boosters with the desktop. because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for phone app uninstalling or crashing.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

There's a bit of bad news about that (see here for details); & anyone else coming thru later on might put it a bit differently, but you're basically SOL about that.
If you bought anything (hope you didn't), go here & provide all details.
Boosters (especially colour bombs) are somewhat easy to earn (or at least they were), but it would be nice if the powers that be took care of that problem...
