I don't see an answer. I have been playing these games for years on my PC, tablet and old Samsung phone. Now with a new phone it has made me start from the beginning of each game. Please help. Email is still the same.

I have had the same email address for at least 15 years. I just changed my password, at your request and now the log in won't recognize it. Can't you do something on your end to sync these accounts?
Already tried that. We have a tablet, a laptop , a pc and an ipad that are all synced. My old phone died 2 days ago and the new one won't sync. Starting at 1 when I am on 3200+ is not where I want to be. Please help. Nothing has worked so far.
@Jo_Ann_Yett Put your game ID and level on here of the game account of your new phone and i will pass on to the CM he maybe able to manually restore your levels and if he can will only be able to do this for candy crush saga
